Bake Your Own Bossche Bol – with a Competitive Twist

Looking for a unique baking experience in Den Bosch? Join our lively Bossche Bol Competition Workshop at Choco Loca – a fun-filled team challenge where creativity, collaboration, and sweet skills take centre stage. This experience costs €48 per person, including 9% VAT. The price includes lunch, where you can make your own Bossche Bol, unlimited Love Tea and coffee, one hot cacao drink upon arrival, and plenty of sweet treats throughout the workshop.

Start your day in our cosy chocolate palace with a warm welcome. After a short introduction, your group invents a fun team name and sings it loud and proud, a cheerful kickoff to a memorable baking adventure.

Let the Bake-Off Begin

Raise a toast with a traditional cacao drink, then dive into the challenge. Split into two teams, you'll compete in five baking tasks, judged by our jury on:

• Baking knowledge

• Craftsmanship

• Team spirit

• Creativity

You’ll start by baking your own choux pastry puffs from scratch, using our expert tips and your own flair. Next, you’ll decorate them like true pastry artists. The competition heats up during the Whipped Cream Battle. Which team can whip the perfect cream the fastest?

This experience is all about fun, teamwork, and baking, perfect for both beginners and seasoned bakers.

Not much of a baker? Try our Bossche Bol Fun Workshop (1.5 hours, with pre-baked puffs).

Workshop details: 

• Optional: Add an extra Bossche Bol to take home for €3.50 per piece

• Dietary needs? We offer gluten-free and vegan Bossche Bollen on request – so everyone can join and enjoy

What's included: 

• Unlimited love tea and coffee, 1 cocoa drink upon arrival, several fruits and treats.

• Supervision by one of our Choco Loca entertainers. 

During the workshop, you can enjoy our Love Tea, coffee, and hot cocoa.
Other drinks can be pre-purchased for €11.50 per person (3 drinks).

Drinks can also be paid for after the workshop:

• €4.50 per glass of wine.

• ​€3.50 per drink for all other beverages.

Important: We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who arrive visibly intoxicated.
